Who is responsible
DIASCI is responsible for the data collected on this website. The legal entity, address and data protection contact will be added here after review.
What we collect
Through the interest and meeting request form: full name, organization, role (optional), country (optional), professional email, segment and type of interest, availability and message (optional), the language and page you used, the campaign or QR code of origin, and the date and wording of your consent. To prevent abuse we store a one-way technical fingerprint of your connection, never your IP address in readable form.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, explore a possible collaboration and keep a record of your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before.
Who has access
Only authorized DIASCI team members. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and is not publicly accessible. It is not shared with third parties without an appropriate legal basis.
How long we keep it
The retention period will be defined by DIASCI during review. Until then, data is kept only as long as needed to follow up on your request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about how your data is used, and withdraw consent. The contact channel for these requests will be published here after review. You may also contact your data protection authority (ANPD in Brazil, CNPD in Portugal, AEPD in Spain).
